What is your returns policy?

We stand behind the quality of our product and want every customer to be totally satisfied. If we do not meet expectations you are welcome to send it back within the first 30 days of delivery and we will happily give you the opportunity to make an exchange or receive a full refund. Contact us at support@halfdaycbd.com or through halfdaycbd.com within the first 30 days of your shipment and we will send you a label to print out, place on your package and return at no cost to you. If you purchased Half Day CBD through a distributor or retailer, please go to the original purchase location for and return or exchange.

I received the wrong item

Whoops. Must have been an honest mistake. Contact us at support@halfdaycbd.com or through halfdaycbd.com within the first 30 days of your shipment and we will send you a label to print out, place on your package and return at no cost to you. We will then promptly ship out the corrected order.

My order arrived damaged

That should never happen and we want to know about it. Contact us at support@halfdaycbd.com with any photos of the damage. We will be sure to handle returns or refund promptly.

Where should I mail my authorized return?

We will provide a label that will automatically have the correct return address.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Let us know and we’ll be sure to update shipping. We’ll aim to get you your product as soon as possible.
