Suggested use/dosage
Take 1ml (one full dropper) every 12 hours, or as needed. One full dropper contains 68mg (2000mg formula) or 100mg (3000mg formula) of CBD. Use daily for best results.

How to take for best results
For best results, place one full dropper of oil under the tongue and hold for 30-60 seconds, then swallow. To prevent contamination, avoid touching the dropper to your mouth. Store in a cool, dry place. Consult your physician prior to use if you are pregnant, nursing or using other medications.
